Alain Klarsfeld is research professor, specializing in human resources management, comparative management of human resources and diversity. With a Postgraduate degree in human resources development, he obtained his doctorate in 2000 and his accreditation to supervise research in 2006. He received the award for the best international symposium at Anaheim's annual Academy of Management conference in 2008. Standing Professor at Toulouse Business School since 2002, Alain Klarsfeld is in charge of Responsible Organization and Human Resources.
